IP-REINS may collect the following information when you contact us about selling, buying, broker participation, or related matters.

  • Contact person details such as name, company, department, and title
  • Contact details such as email address and phone number
  • Consultation details related to selling or buying IPv4 addresses
  • Information needed to confirm transaction conditions, timing, and disclosure scope

Purpose of Use

We use the information we receive for ordinary IP-REINS operations, inquiry handling, communication, and transaction confirmation. We do not use it for unrelated purposes.

  • Responding to inquiries and consultations
  • Confirming and communicating about sales, purchases, and escrow use
  • Reviewing listing eligibility, conditions, and quality checks
  • Improving the service and preventing misuse

Third-Party Disclosure

Except where required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without consent. When information must be shared with sellers, buyers, member brokers, financial institutions, JPNIC, or other relevant parties to proceed with a transaction, we share only what is necessary after confirming the scope.
